Summer Event in Destin and Sandestin

There are lots of events going on in and around Destin and Sandestin.
Below is a summary of some of the many activities for you and your family this summer.
Wednesday Night Concert Series
Listen to a free concert with the music of Biscuit Miller and the Mix from 7-9 p.m. June 24 in the Events Plaza at Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin.
Seaside Summer Concerts
Celebrate the summer season at 7 p.m. June 24 with John & Jacob in the Seaside Amphitheater.
Red, White and Blue Celebration
Joseph Trimboli and Eric Keyes of the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office will be honored at 7 p.m. June 25 at HarborWalk Village. Stand up and salute as The Village Belles vintage themed tribute show takes you back in time. Enjoy free kid’s activities, a WWII vintage air show and a fireworks finale over the harbor at 9 p.m. To nominate a hero, email info@harborwalk-destin.com.
Concerts at the Landing
Listen to the music of the Jacob Mohr Band from 6-8:30 p.m. June 26 at The Landing in Fort Walton Beach.
Rock the Docks
Enjoy a free concert with Flash Flood from 7-9 p.m. June 27 on the HarborWalk Village stage
Ballet
The Northwest Florida Ballet’s free performance of Ballet at Twilight begins at 7:30 p.m. June 27 in Grand Boulevard at Sandestin.
Groovin’ On The Green
The Carillon Beach Institute presents a free concert with The Jeff Carter Group from 7-9 p.m. June 29 at the Village Green. Food and beverage vendors will be on site.
Family Independence Day Celebration/Bike Parade
Admission is free to the City of Destin Independence Day Celebration and Bike Parade from 6-8 p.m. July 1 at Mattie Kelly Cultural Arts Village, 4323 Common Drive West. Bike Parade check-in is at 5:30 p.m. Also, live music, bounce houses, face painting, games and more. Call 650-1241.
